塑壳断路器触头故障分析与优化设计

Contact Failure Analysis and Optimization Design of Molded Case Circuit Breaker

摘要:

针对某双断点塑壳断路器(MCCB)进行有效值为8 000 A的短路过载试验,对出现的触头烧蚀故障进行了分析。首先对电动力进行理论计算,再利用Maxwell 3D有限元分析软件,结合Holm力计算公式,对双断点MCCB的电动斥力进行计算。两种计算结果趋势一致,通过对比给出触头烧蚀的原因。仿真计算结果与触头压力实测值的误差不超过8%,所用计算方法可为MCCB触头系统的设计和优化提供参考。

Abstract:

A short-circuit overload test under an effective current of 8 000 A is conducted on a certain double-break moulded case circuit breaker (MCCB),and the contact ablation fault that occurred is analyzed. First, a theoretical calculation of the electric force is performed. Then, using Maxwell 3D finite element analysis software combined with the Holm force calculation formula,the electric repulsion of the double-break MCCB is calculated. The trends of the two calculation results are consistent, and the cause of contact ablation is determined through comparison.The error between the simulation calculation result and the measured value of contact pressure does not exceed 8%,and the used calculation method can provide a reference for the design and optimization of the MCCB contact system.
