储能变流器宽频带谐振阻尼提升策略

Wide-Frequency Resonance Damping Enhancement Strategy for Energy Storage Converters

摘要:

针对高比例新能源大规模接入下电网宽频谐振问题日益突出的现状,提出一种基于储能变流器的宽频谐振阻尼提升策略。该策略通过在控制环路中引入自适应调节的虚拟阻抗,使储能变流器在完成既定功率调度任务的同时,有效吸收电网公共接入点(PCC)处其他变流器产生的谐振能量,实现宽频谐振阻尼的增强。首先,构建储能变流器控制策略,基于虚拟同步机建立阻抗模型;其次,提出基于有源阻尼器原理的谐振阻尼控制策略;最后,设计虚拟阻抗自适应调节的机制,并分析虚拟阻抗对公共接入点处其他变流器稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,该方法对宽频谐振问题有较好的抑制能力。

Abstract:

In response to the increasingly prominent issue of wide-frequency resonance in power grids with high penetration of renewable energy integration,a wide-frequency resonance damping enhancement strategy based on energy storage converters is proposed.An adaptively adjusted virtual impedance is introduced into the control loop in this strategy,which enables the energy storage converter to effectively absorb the resonance energy induced by other converters at the point of common coupling (PCC) while completing the predetermined power dispatch task,thus achieving the effect of wide-frequency resonance damping.Firstly,a control strategy for the energy storage converter is constructed,and an impedance model is established based on virtual synchronous machines.Secondly,a resonance damping control method based on the active damping principle is proposed.Finally,a design method for adaptive adjustment of virtual impedance is proposed,and its impact on the stability of other converters at the PCC is analyzed.Experimental results show that the method proposed has good suppression capability for wide-frequency resonance issues.
