Design of Mobile Charging Equipment for Electric Agricultural Machinery

摘要:

针对电动农机充电不便的问题,设计了一种面向农业机械的移动储能车,同时设计了内部充电桩的标准化部件构成以及充电控制软件和充电监控系统,阐明了电动农机充电桩完成一次充电服务的工作流程。所设计的移动储能车具有静音环保、环境友好、机动灵活、供电质量高等优势;通过充电设备保障电动农机行业健康经济发展,满足灵活调度需求,同时助力弹性电网建设。

Abstract:

Aiming at the inconvenient charging problem of electric agricultural machinery,a mobile energy storage vehicle for agricultural machinery was designed.Meanwhile,the standardized component composition of internal charging piles,charging control software and charging monitoring system were designed.The working process of charging piles for electric agricultural machinery was clarified.The mobile energy storage vehicle has the advantages of quiet environmental protection,environmental friendliness,mobility and high power supply quality.The charging equipment can ensure the healthy and economic development of electric agricultural machinery industry,meet the demand of flexible dispatching,and help the construction of flexible power grid.
