一种宽输入电压范围的新型充电模块设计

摘要:

为了解决当前变电站内直流系统中直流充电模块交流输入电压范围过小、稳定性低等缺点,提出宽输入电压范围的新型充电模块整体设计方案。在对比分析基于三绕组交流输入的充电模块方案和基于升压控制的充电模块方案的基础上,采用基于升压控制的充电模块方案,以现有直流充电模块为基础,调整功率变换部分的参数,增加辅助控制和判断单元,研制完成样机。经试验验证,保持原有电气性能不变,在电网故障低电压时,样机能正常稳压输出(输出功率降额)。

Abstract:

In order to address the shortcomings such as the too narrow range of the AC input voltage and low stability of the DC charging modules in the current DC system of the substation,the overall design scheme of a new type of charging module with the wide input voltage range is proposed.Based on the comparative analysis of the charging module scheme based on the three-winding AC input and the charging module scheme based on the boost control,the charging module scheme based on the boost control is adopted.Taking the existing DC charging module as the basis,the parameters of the power conversion part are adjusted,and the auxiliary control and judgment units are added,and the prototype is developed.Through experimental verification,while maintaining the original electrical performance unchanged,when the grid fails and the voltage is low,the prototype can output a stable voltage normally (with the output power derated).
