含分布式电源场景下的充电设施建设策略研究

Research on Construction Strategy of Charging Facilities in Scenario with Distributed Generation

摘要:

基于电动汽车在时间上具有可控性,在空间上具有可移动性的特点,在新能源出力比较高时可以引导电动汽车充电,并可以针对可再生能源的间歇性导致的电网波动问题提出解决方案。采用基于Copula函数的相关性模型,对电动汽车充电行为的时间-能量特性展开分析,并验证了充电行为参数之间的相关性。在此基础上,研究了含分布式电源的CSDG与配电网协同规划问题,提出了基于两阶段优化的CSDG与配电网协同规划模型,在算例分析的基础上,对充电设施建设提出了相应的参考建议。

Abstract:

Based on the controllability of electric vehicles in time and mobility in space, it can guide the charging of electric vehicles(EV) when the output of new energy is relatively high, and put forward solutions to the power grid fluctuation caused by intermittent renewable energy. The time energy characteristics of EV charging behavior are analyzed by using the correlation model based on Copula function, and the correlation of charging behavior parameters is verified. The collaborative planning of CSDG and distribution network with distributed generation is studied, and a collaborative planning model of CSDG and distribution network based on two-stage optimization is proposed. On the basis of example analysis, the corresponding reference suggestions for the construction of charging facilities are put forward.
