摘要:

为提升新能源消纳水平,提高电力系统灵活性、稳定性与安全性,国家与地方政府陆续出台了多项政策,鼓励新能源电站配置储能系统。然而储能行业总体仍处于发展初期,新能源配置储能的规模化应用仍面临诸多难题。基于对国内外相关政策的梳理分析,深入探讨了新能源电站配置储能的经济性、配置标准以及配置方式等关键问题,提出了促进我国电化学储能在新能源并网领域应用的建议。

关键词: 经济性, 配置标准, 配置模式, 激励政策, 市场机制

Abstract:

In order to enhance the absorption level of new energy and improve the flexibility,stability and safety of power system,the state and local governments have successively issued a number of policies to encourage the allocation of energy storage system in new energy power stations.However,as the electrochemical energy storage is still at the early developing stage,the scale application of energy storage system allocation in new energy power stations still faces a lot of problems.Based on the systematically review of domestic and foreign policies,key issues in terms of economy,allocating standard and allocating method were discussed.The relevant suggestions were proposed in order to promote the application of electrochemical energy storage in new energy integrated power system.
