低成本低功耗智能电表外置断路器设计

摘要:

通过实验设计了一款新型应用于电力收费系统的电表外置费控断路器。与传统断路器相比,设计具有预防限位开关人为破坏、抵抗380 V高压短期误接入损坏、防止电机长期静止锈锁、屏蔽高功率对讲机贴壳近距离电磁干扰、免除体积大/成本高的变压器等特点。通过相关国家标准和企业标准的功能测试和性能测试,产品具有电路简单、元器件少、功能全面、可靠性高,以及功耗小、成本低等优点。

Abstract:

In order to improve traditional circuit breakers,a new type of external fee control circuit breaker was designed according to the relevant South Grid standard.Compared with traditional circuit breakers,this design possesses many new features including that:the prevention capability of limit switch man-made destruction,resist damage of short term misconnection to 380 V high voltage,prevent long-term static motor rust lock,shield the electromagnetic interference of high power interphone in very near distance,removal large and costly transformers,etc.It can pass the function test and performance test of relevant national standard and enterprise standard.The circuit is simple,the number of component is fewer,the function is comprehensive,the reliability is high,and has the advantage of low power,low cost.
