抱箍式梅花触头径向接触压力计算方法

摘要:

利用纯弯曲理论,对抱箍式梅花触头的弹簧抱箍和触指进行了力与径向变形的分析计算,得到弹簧抱箍和触指弹性变形所产生的径向力,结果表明触头的接触压力主要由弹簧抱箍所提供。利用有限元分析软件对弹簧抱箍弹性变形力进行仿真验证,分析结果为弹簧抱箍在电气连接中的进一步推广应用提供了理论基础。

Abstract:

This paper analyses and calculates the relationship between the spring band’s radial deformation and radial force based on the theory of pure bending.The relationship between the button contacts’s radial deformation and radial force is analyzed on the same principle.The radial forces caused by elastic deformation of spring hoop and button contact are calculated respectively.The results show that the contact pressure of the contact is mainly provided by the spring hoop.And the elastic deformation force of spring hoop is tested by the finite element analysis software.The results provide a theoretical basis for the further application of spring hoop in electrical connection.
