摘要:

针对自动引导车(AGV)在进行无线电能传输(WPT)的过程中由于线圈偏移导致耦合系数波动以及传统磁耦合机构成本、重量高的问题,提出一种基于DQD型磁耦合机构的WPT系统。首先通过Maxwell有限元仿真软件对DQD型磁耦合机构进行了建模分析,验证了所提磁芯层结构能够较大程度地节省磁芯用量,同时保留原本的耦合系数。其次,推导了基于LCC-S补偿拓扑的WPT系统输出特性,验证了优化抗偏移性能的必要性。最后,搭建了实验平台,实测与仿真结果基本一致,证明了DQD型磁耦合机构具备良好的抗偏移性能,验证了所提方案的可行性。

Abstract:

A wireless power transfer(WPT) system based on DQD magnetic coupler is proposed for the problems of fluctuation of coupling coefficient due to coil misalignment and high cost and weight of traditional magnetic coupler in the process of WPT system of automatic guided vehicles (AGV). Firstly, the DQD magnetic coupler is modeled and analyzed by Maxwell finite element simulation software. It is verified that the proposed magnetic core layer structure can save the amount of cores to a large extent while retaining the original coupling coefficient. Secondly, the output characteristics of the WPT system based on the LCC-S compensation topology are derived. The necessity of optimizing the anti-misalignment performance is verified. Finally, an experimental platform is built. The measured and simulated results are basically consistent, which can prove that the DQD magnetic coupler has good anti-divergence performance and verifie the feasibility of the proposed scheme.
