摘要:

为研究磁保持继电器的动态特性,基于Modelica建立了其机-电-磁耦合计算的一维仿真模型。首先在Maxwell里进行磁路仿真得到电磁力矩和电感等静态特性数据,并与Modelica平台上搭建的机械系统和电路系统进行耦合,实现继电器动态特性的仿真求解。最后利用高速摄像机对电磁机构进行了动态特性测试,验证了前述仿真模型的正确有效性。所得结论对后续产品的优化设计具有重要价值。

Abstract:

To study the dynamic characteristics of the magnetic latching relay, the 1D mechanical-electrical-magnetic coupling model is built based on Modelica. Firstly, the magnetic circuit simulation is conducted in Maxwell to obtain the static characteristic data such as electromagnetic torque and inductance, and coupled with the mechanical and circuit systems built on the Modelica platform to achieve the simulation and solution of relay dynamic characteristics. Finally, the high speed camera is used to test the dynamic characteristics for the electrical mechanism to validate the previous simulation model. The conclusions are valuable for optimizing the product.
