基于最后电流半波能量的断路器分断容量校核方法研究

Research on Checking Method of Circuit-Breaker Breaking Capacity Based on Half Wave Energy of Last Current Loop

摘要:

在大电网的电源汇集区域、核心环网、负荷中心的短路电流接近、甚至超出断路器的分断容量,且短路电流的直流时间常数超出断路器额定时间常数,导致高压交流断路器的实际短路开断能力低于额定短路开断能力。分析了现有的断路器分断容量校核方法,在研究国内外标准的基础上,提出了基于最后电流半波能量的分断容量校核方法。研究表明,最后电流半波能量等效原则比全电流等效原则更能表征电弧开断过程中的能量。最后,给出了基于最后电流半波能量等效原则的断路器分断容量评估策略,为断路器分断容量校核提供了一种新的解决方法。

Abstract:

The short-circuit current in the power gathering area,the core ring network and the load center is close to or even exceeds the interruption capacity of the circuit-breakers,and the DC time constant of the short-circuit current exceeds the rated time constant of the circuit-breakers,resulting in the actual short-circuit interruption capacity of the high-voltage AC circuit breaker is lower than the rated short-circuit interruption capacity.Firstly,the existing methods for checking the interruption capacity of circuit-breakers are discussed.Based on the analysis and study of domestic and foreign standards,a method for checking the interruption capacity based on the last current loop energy is proposed.The results show that the energy equivalence principle of last current loop can better characterize the energy in the process of arc interruption than the full-current equivalence principle.Finally,an assessment strategy of circuit-breaker interruption capacity based on the energy equivalence principle of last current loop is presented.The research content of this paper provides a new solution for checking the interruption capacity of circuit-breakers.
