摘要:

针对高压断路器时间参数检测,提出了一种利用断路器分合闸线圈电流信号,以及辅助触点状态变化来确定断路器时间参数的检测方法。根据断路器动作过程中线圈电流的特点,选择补偿式霍尔电流传感器,通过FPGA对线圈电流信号进行采集;然后对存在噪声的电流信号进行小波去噪;最后,通过辅助触点的状态变化来确定刚分(刚合)时间点以及分合闸时间。实测结果在误差允许范围内。

Abstract:

Aiming at the time parameter detection of HV circuit breaker,a detection method is proposed.According to the characteristics of the coil current during the circuit breaker operation,the compensation Hall current sensor is selected,and the coil current signal is collected by FPGA.Then the current signal with noise is denoised by wavelet.Finally,the state change of the auxiliary contact is used to determine the time point of just opening (just closing) and the time of opening and closing,and the measurement results are within the allowable error range.
