摘要:

对自动转换开关的灭弧系统进行了优化,解决了接通分断问题,提升了产品的接通分断能力。基于250 A规格自动转换开关灭弧系统结构功能和试验结果进行分析,在灭弧系统中增加了引弧结构,并减小触头与栅片间距,形成改进方案。最后,通过接通与分断能力试验验证了改进方案的有效性。

Abstract:

The arc-extinguishing system of automatic transfer switching equipment is optimized, the on-off problem is solved, and the on-off capacity of the product is improved.Based on the analysis of the structure,function and test results of the arc extinguishing system of a 250 A automatic transfer switching equipment, the arc striking structure is added in the arc-extinguishing system,and the spacing between the contact and the grid is reduced to form an improved scheme.Finally,the effectiveness of the improved scheme is verified by the on-off capacity tests.
