变负载自适应恒流/恒压充电复合拓扑WPT系统

Variable Load Adaptive Constant Current/Constant Voltage Charging Complex Topology WPT System

摘要:

针对无线电能传输系统输出与切换问题,利用复合型LCC拓扑,实现了在固定谐振频率下对电池恒流/恒压充电模式自适应切换。首先分析得出了复合LCC补偿拓扑具备恒流和恒压输出能力;进一步提出基于反射阻抗基本理论的恒流/恒压控制策略,只需检测一次侧发射线圈两端的电压和流经一次侧发射线圈电流,即可控制开关自适应切换恒流和恒压两种充电模式。所提方法无需一次侧、二次侧间的通信以及额外的DC/DC变换器,降低整个系统的设计成本和控制复杂性。最后,搭建6.6 kW系统仿真平台以及66 W的实验样机,验证了所提方法具备自适应切换恒流/恒压充电的能力。

Abstract:

Aiming at the output and switching problem of wireless power transmission system,the adaptive switching of battery constant current and constant voltage charging mode under fixed resonant frequency is realized by using compound LCC topology.Firstly,it is concluded that the composite LCC compensation topology has the ability of constant current and constant voltage output; furthermore,a constant current/constant voltage control strategy based on the basic theory of reflection impedance is proposed,which only needs to detect the voltage at both ends of the primary transmitting coil and the current flowing through the primary transmitting coil to control the switch to switch the constant current and constant voltage charging modes adaptively.This method does not need communication between primary side and secondary side and additional DC-DC converter,which reduces the design cost and control complexity of the whole system.Finally,a 6.6 kW system simulation platform and a 66 W experimental prototype are built to verify that the proposed method has the ability of adaptive switching constant current/constant voltage charging.
