Reactive Power Optimization of Distribution Network with Photovoltaic Power Supply Based on Adaptive Genetic Algorithm

摘要:

在分析间歇性电源出力对配电网电压影响的基础上,建立了8节点的链式配电网模型,评估了分布式光伏接入配电网后,配电网电压与光伏并网容量的约束关系。分析了光伏不同时刻的有功出力和无功出力,建立了双目标函数,以系统网损和电压偏差最小对系统进行优化,利用自适应的遗传算法(AdapGA)对系统的离散数据进行处理,找到适合系统的最优解。通过改进的IEEE33节点算例仿真分析,表明所提模型和方法具有较好的适用性,降低了电压越限的风险,减小了电压偏差,有效地减少了系统的网损,验证了所提模型和方法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:

Considering the output randomness and uncertainty of photovoltaic power generation system,the reactive power of the system is optimized by using the photovoltaic inverter with residual capacity as a continuously adjustable reactive power source.Based on the analysis,an 8-node chain distribution network model is established to evaluate the constraint relationship between distribution network voltage and photovoltaic grid-connected capacity after distributed photovoltaic access to distribution network.The probability distribution model of photovoltaic power supply output is established,and the reactive power of distribution network is optimized by taking the minimum sum of active power loss and total voltage deviation as the objective function.The discrete data of the system are processed by adaptive genetic algorithm (AdapGA),and the optimal solution is found.An example of IEEE33-bus system shows that the model and method are practical.Interoperability can reduce the node voltage loss of distribution feeder,reduce the active power loss of distribution network,and ensure the stable operation of distribution network when intermittent power supply is connected to the grid.The correctness and validity of the model and method in this paper are verified.
