摘要: 针对目前锂离子电池系统安全事故频发,而电化学电池构成的储能系统往往缺乏有害气体检测,提出了一种基于单片机STM32F103的动力电池储能系统有害气体检测与预警装置,运用MQ系列气敏传感器对锂离子电池可能释放的有害气体进行浓度检测,采用单片机内部ADC实现模数转换并与声光报警电路配合,设置相关阈值实现声光报警,有效检测气体排放预警事故的发生。

Abstract: The safety accident of lithium-ion battery system frequently occurred,however the gas detection in most electrochemical battery energy storage systems is lacking.A gas detection and warning device in power battery energy storage system based on single chip microcomputer STM32F103 was proposed.And MQ series gas sensors were used to detect the concentration of harmful gases that may be released by lithium ion batteries.The internal ADC of the single-chip microcomputer was used to realize analog-digital conversion and set relevant thresholds in conjunction with the acousto-optic alarm circuit to realize acousto-optic alarm,so as to effectively detect the occurrence of gas emission warning accidents.
