摘要: 针对某型铁路电磁继电器,进行了电寿命试验,提取了与触点接触性能密切相关的宏观参数和微观参数。采用皮尔逊相关分析法进行宏观参数与微观参数之间的相关性分析,得到表面算术平均偏差等三维形貌参数和触点接触电阻线性关系明显的结论。

Abstract: The electrical life test of a railway electromagnetic relay was carried out,and the macro-parameter and micro-parameters closely related to contact performance were extracted.The Pearson correlation analysis method was used to analyze the correlation between macro-parameters and micro-parameters.It is concluded that the three-dimensional shape parameters such as surface arithmetic mean deviation have obvious linear relationship with contact resistance.
