摘要:

介绍了低压断路器健康管理现状,分析了接触电压、分断时长、分断能量以及触头弹跳与塑壳断路器触头系统电气寿命的相关性;通过软连接加速老化试验,拟合出软连接热老化曲线;结合框架断路器主轴转速与转角的测量数据,研究表明触头磨损程度能够通过相关参数进行预估,同时能够对假合闸工况进行判别。对试验结果的分析指明了现阶段低压断路器健康管理的研究方向,为智能化产品与工业互联网平台设计打下了坚实基础。

Abstract:

The current status of health management for low voltage circuit breakers is introduced.The correlation between contact voltage,breaking duration,breaking energy,and contact bounce with the electrical life of the contact system of molded case circuit breakers is analyzed.Through the accelerated aging test on flexible conductor,the thermal aging curve of flexible conductor is obtained by fitting the experimental data.Based on the measurement data of angular velocity and angular displacement of the main shaft on air circuit breaker,the research shows that the degree of contact wear loss can be calculated through relevant parameters,and the false closing condition can be distinguished in the meantime.The analysis of the experimental results indicates the research direction of low voltage electrical appliances health management at this stage to lay a solid foundation for the smart product and industrial internet platform design.
