一种医疗设备非接触式调压电源的设计方法

摘要:

针对具有旋转结构的医疗设备其转动侧需要直流供电时,常使用导电滑环而可能会存在的磨损等问题,设计了一种无需导电滑环的医用设备非接触式调压稳压电源。利用LLC的电气隔离特性以及电压增益特点,实现了一种一次侧、二次侧完全隔离并可以相对旋转的电路。通过实验实现了非接触式调压稳压,为该类型设备供电提供了一种可行的思路。

Abstract:

A non-contact voltage regulating and stabilizing power supply for medical equipment without the need for the conductive slip rings is designed to address the issue of wear and tear on the rotating side of medical equipment that requires direct current power supply.By utilizing the electrical isolation characteristics and voltage gain characteristics of LLC, a circuit with complete isolation of the primary and secondary sides and relative rotation is designed and implemented.Through experiments, the non-contact voltage regulation and stabilization is achieved, which can provide a feasible approach for the power supply of this type of equipment.
