基于多维查表法的电池模型研究

Research of Battery Model Based on Multidimensional Table Lookup Method

摘要:

电池模型在当前新型电力系统仿真研究中应用愈发广泛。基于等效电路模型,为提高精度,考虑老化、温度、荷电状态(SOC)等因素,通过对多工况下实验数据进行多元线性回归处理,离线辨识得到模型结构参数。建立基于多维查表法的等效电路模型,根据工况数据查表插值得到模型结构参数,以适应电池工况变化。通过设计仿真与实验算例,验证模型及非结构参数SOC、健康状态(SOH)计算策略的正确性。计算结果表明,模型参数的辨识结果与实验测试暂态过程基本一致,且利用电池管理系统(BMS)对SOC的修正符合精度要求,所提电池模型算法达到了预期效果。

Abstract:

The battery model is widely used in the simulation research of new power system.Based on the equivalent circuit model,to improve the accuracy,considering factors such as aging,temperature,and SOC,the structural parameters of the model were identified offline by conducting multiple linear regression processing on experimental data under multiple operating conditions.An equivalent circuit model based on multidimensional table lookup method was established,and the structure parameters of the model were obtained according to the table lookup and interpolation based on operating data to adapt to changes in battery operating conditions.The correctness of the model and the calculation strategy of non structure parameters SOC and SOH were verified by the design simulation and experimental examples.The calculation results show that the identification results of the model parameters are basically consistent with the transient process of the experimental test,and the correction of SOC using BMS meets the accuracy requirements.The proposed battery model algorithm achieves the expected results.
