分布式电源接入配电网的控制策略及消纳能力评估研究

摘要:

分布式电源(DG)因其自身优点主要以中低压配电网的接入为主。但大规模接入对配电网有诸多影响,DG并网结构和控制技术与传统发电方式有很大区别。通过分析DG接入对配电网的影响,从并网后对配电网的控制问题出发协调周边负荷,总结出对配电网规划及电压水平等5种控制策略;从选取接入位置容量评估接入后消纳水平分析其接纳能力,总结提升措施。最后,以某地区配电网为例建立模型进行计算分析,既解决接入后的消纳问题,又提高整体能源的使用率,提升电网运行的稳定性和灵活性。

Abstract:

Due to its own advantages,distributed generation (DG) is mainly connected to medium and low voltage distribution network.Large scale access has many impacts on distribution network.DG grid connection structure and control technology are greatly different from the traditional power generation methods.By analyzing the impact of DG access to distribution network, starting from the control of distribution network after grid connection,the surrounding load is coordinated and the five control strategies for distribution network planning and voltage level are summarized.From the capacity of the selected access location,its acceptance capacity is analyze by evaluating the consumption level after access,and the improvement measures are summarized.Finally,taking a regional distribution network as an example,a model is established for calculation and analysis,which not only solves the consumption problem after access,but also improves the overall energy utilization rate and improves the stability and flexibility of the power grid operation.
