PFC Optimization Modulation Strategy for Bidirectional Resonant Converter of V2G Charging Station

摘要:

为提高电动汽车双向充电桩变换器的集成度与性能,提出一种具有V2G、G2V、H2L模式的单级式谐振型三端口双向变换器。首先,建立了变换器的等效模型并推导输出功率的数学模型。其次,对变换器工作模式进行分析,对谐振腔电流进行设计,提出一种可兼顾低电流应力与网侧功率因数校正(PFC)的优化调制策略。最后,在PLECS下进行仿真分析。结果表明,变换器在正反向工况下均能实现网侧高功率因数,并保持较低的电流应力,所提出的优化调制策略有利于提高变换器效率及供电线路中电能的利用率。

Abstract:

To improve the integration and performance of the bidirectional converter for electric vehicle bidirectional charging stations, a single-stage resonant three-port bidirectional converter with V2G, G2V and H2L modes is proposed. First, the equivalent model of the converter is established, and the mathematical model for the output power is derived. Then, the working modes of the converter are analyzed, and the resonant cavity current is designed. An optimized modulation strategy is proposed that balances low current stress and power factor correction(PFC)on the grid side. Finally, simulation analysis is conducted under PLECS. The results show that the converter achieves a high power factor on the grid side under both forward and reverse operating conditions while maintaining low current stress. The proposed optimization modulation strategy helps to improve the converter’s efficiency and the utilization rate of electrical energy in the power supply lines.
