基于UCC28065的交错Boost PFC电路TM控制方法研究

Research on TM Control Method of UCC28065 Based on Interleaved Boost PFC

摘要:

为提升LED驱动电源前级Boost PFC电路的功率等级,减小输入电流纹波,缩小输入EMI滤波器体积,提升整体性能,提出一种采用UCC28065芯片TM模式控制的交错Boost PFC电路。分析交错并联电路工作原理、工作过程和TM控制原理和控制过程,设计主电路、控制电路和闭环补偿网络关键参数,最后仿真并制作一台600 W的样机进行验证。实验结果表明,交错并联PFC电路和所设计的TM控制方法可减小输入电流纹波,实现开关管的软开关,效率提升至96.35%,大大提升临界电流模式Boost PFC的功率等级,并提升其PFC性能,验证了TM控制方法的有效性。

Abstract:

In order to improve the power level of the front stage boost PFC circuit,with lower input current ripple,smaller volume of input EMI filter,and better overall performance,an interleaved boost PFC circuit based on UCC28065 is proposed.The operating principle,operating process and TM control method of the circuit are analyzed in detail.The key parameters of the main circuit,control circuit and closed-loop compensation network are analysed and designed.Finally,the simulation is carried out and a 600 W experimental prototype is built up for verification.The experimental results show that the soft switching is realized,efficiency is improved to 96.35%,the power level is improved,and PFC performance have been obtained to verify the proposed control method.
