真空状态下触头旋转运动对触头间电场的影响

Influence of Contact Rotation and Breaking on Electric Field Between Electrodes in Vacuum

摘要:

建立旋转开断方式下触头间空间电荷分布的物理模型。基于Poisson方程,利用有限元分析法计算触头旋转不同角度时触头间电场分布,通过从触头间电场畸变范围、电场强度变化、以及空间电场强度极值等方面分析真空状态下开断过程中触头旋转运动对触头间电场的影响,并从微观角度说明触头间电场强度变化的原因。研究结果表明触头旋转运动有助于增加空间电荷分布区域,减小空间电荷对外加电场产生的畸变作用,降低空间电场极值。

Abstract:

This paper established a physical model of the space charge distribution between the contacts in the rotary breaking mode.Based on the Poisson equation,the finite element analysis method is used to calculate the electric field distribution between the contacts when the contacts rotate at different angles.The intensity change and the extreme value of the spatial electric field intensity are used to analyze the influence of the rotating motion of the contact on the electric field between the contacts during the breaking process in a vacuum state,and the reasons for the electric field intensity change between the contacts are explained from a microscopic point of view.The research results show that the rotating motion of the contact helps increase the space charge distribution area,reduce the distortion effect of the space charge on the external electric field,and reduce the extreme value of the space electric field.
