触头旋转情况下真空电弧对阳极烧蚀的影响

Influence of Vacuum Arc on Anode Ablation with Rotating Contact

摘要:

真空电弧开断过程中,大量粒子流以较高的轰击速度向阳极流动,引起阳极表面电流密度集中,造成阳极发热。建立触头旋转方式下真空燃弧过程中阳极烧蚀模型,研究真空电弧对于阳极表面的变形、烧蚀、剩余体积以及相应的温度分布的变化,对比触头不旋转与触头旋转条件下温度分布和烧蚀剩余体积。结果表明,触头旋转情况下燃弧过程中,阳极表面最高温度较低,烧蚀剩余体积大;旋转速度越大,真空电弧对阳极的烧蚀作用越轻。

Abstract:

During the vacuum arc breaking process,a large number of particle streams flow toward the anode at a higher bombardment speed,causing concentration of current density on the anode surface,and the anode to heat up.In this paper,a model of anode ablation in the vacuum arcing process with the contact rotating is established,and the deformation,ablation,residual volume and the corresponding temperature distribution changes of the vacuum arc on the anode surface are studied.The temperature distribution and ablation residual volume under the conditions that the contact does not rotate and the contact rotates are compared.The results show that the maximum temperature of anode surface is low and the ablation residual volume is large in the arcing process when the contact rotates.The greater the rotation speed,the lighter the ablation effect of the vacuum arc on the anode.
