一种基于复合拓扑的数字DC/DC电源设计

摘要:

提出了一种Buck和全桥相结合的复合拓扑结构,能够降低开关管的压力,同时必要时能够实现拓扑的改变功能。根据数字控制器的特点,采用电压环为外环、电流环为内环的双环控制方法。对Buck和全桥的复合拓扑结构建模,并将双环控制加入模型中,进行建模分析。为了验证复合拓扑和控制方法的实用性,利用MATLAB对设计的拓扑和控制进行了频域和时域的分析。最后设计了一款300 W的数字电源,试验验证了复合拓扑和双环控制的有效性和实用性。

Abstract:

This paper proposed a composite topology structure combining Buck and the full bridge,which can reduce the pressure of the switch tube and realize the topology change function when necessary.Then,according to the characteristics of digital controller,a double loop control method is adopted,in which voltage loop is the outer loop and current loop is the inner loop.The complex topology of Buck and full bridge is modeled,and the double loop control is added to the system for analysis and modeling.In order to verify the practicability of the complex topology and control method,MATLAB is used to analyze the designed topology and control in frequency and time domain.At the same time,the 300 W digital power supply is designed by using compound topology and double loop control method.Finally,the effectiveness and practicability of the compound topology and double loop control are proved.
