摘要:

为了协调快速真空开关运动速度和使用寿命之间的矛盾,采用电磁斥力机构与永磁操动机构相结合的操动方式,其间采用弹簧驱动,能够减轻运动质量,从而减小刚分时间。针对电磁斥力机构驱动动触头快速分闸到位后反弹到闭合位置现象,分析了涡流及合闸线圈环流产生的会削弱永磁铁的磁场,从而对电磁斥力机构的运动特性产生较大的影响。在此基础上提出了3种改进措施,并通过试验验证了措施的有效性以及实际应用的可行性。

Abstract:

In order to coordinate the contradiction between the speed and service life of the fast vacuum switch,an operation method combining a magnetic repulsion mechanism and a permanent magnet operating mechanism is adopted,spring driving is adopted between the electromagnetic repulsion mechanism and the permanent magnet operating mechanism,which can reduce the mass of the moving part,thereby reducing the opening time.Aiming at the phenomenon that the movable contact is driven to quickly open in place and then rebounds to the closed position,the magnetic field generated by the eddy current and the closing coil circulating current will weaken the magnetic field of the permanent magnet,which will have a greater impact on the motion characteristics of the electromagnetic repulsion mechanism.Three kinds of improvement measures are proposed,and the effectiveness of the measures and the feasibility of practical application are verified by experiments.
