导向间隙对桥式触头分断不平衡燃弧特性影响的仿真分析

Simulation and Analysis of Guide Clearance Effects on Unbalanced Arcing Characteristics in Bridge-Type Contact During Breaking

摘要:

静铁心孔隙与导杆之间的导向间隙是影响直动式双断点电器触桥运动的关键参数。为研究其对燃弧特性的影响,采用多体动力学仿真软件,分析了不同导向间隙下的触桥运动特性,并构建三维电弧磁流体动力学模型,分析导向间隙对桥式触头分断燃弧特性的影响。通过对某型号双断点大功率直流继电器研究发现,减小导向间隙可有效抑制触桥不平衡分断与触头分断抖动,降低两触头分断速度差,并显著降低左右触头电弧能量差异。当间隙减小为0.3 mm时,触头已接近平衡分断状态,两侧触头电弧能量差仅为0.042 J,比间隙为1.0 mm时减小了86.5%。综合考虑性能与工艺要求,导向间隙取0.3 mm为最优方案,有助于提升继电器分断平衡性与燃弧平衡性。

Abstract:

The guide clearance between the hole of the static iron core and the guide rod is the key parameter affecting the movement of the contact bridge of the direct-acting double-break electrical apparatus. To investigate its influence on the arcing characteristics, multi-body dynamics simulation software is adopted to analyze the motion characteristics of the contact bridge under different guide clearances, a three-dimensional arc magnetohydrodynamics model is established to investigate the influence of the guide clearance on the arcing characteristics of the bridge contact. Through the research on a type of double breakpoint high-power DC relay, it is found that reducing the guide clearance can effectively suppress the unbalanced breaking of the contact bridge and the contact breaking jitter, reduce the breaking speed difference between the two contacts, and significantly reduce the arc energy difference between them. When the clearance is reduced to 0.3 mm, the contact approaches a balanced breaking state, and the arc energy difference between the two sides of the contact is only 0.042 J, which is 86.5% less than that when the clearance is 1.0 mm. Taking both performance and manufacturing requirements into consideration, the guide clearance of 0.3 mm is selected as the optimal solution, which helps to improve the breaking balance and arcing balance of the relay.
