GIS内部故障燃弧压力及温度特性研究

摘要:

为了降低气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS)内部燃弧故障的发生频率,减轻燃弧故障对人身安全及设备造成的危害,根据ZF32-126 开关设备的各项参数指标,在标准压力和温度计算模型的基础上考虑了内部故障燃弧对气体本身的影响,采用改进的计算模型,计算了故障燃弧下SF6热力学参数。在此基础上将SF6热力学参数应用于压力和温度计算模型,得到了内部故障电流为40 kA情况下,ZF32-126开关设备各气室在不同保护时间下的压力和温度上升特性,以及不同保护时间下外壳的最大烧蚀程度及平均烧蚀速率,验证了改进标准算法具有更高的精确度。

Abstract:

In order to reduce the frequency of arcing fault in gas insulated switchgear (GIS) and reduce the harm caused by arcing fault,according to the parameters of ZF32-126 GIS,the influence of internal fault arcing on gas itself is considered on the basis of standard pressure and temperature calculation model,and an improved calculation model is adopted.The thermodynamic parameters of SF6 under the fault arcing are calculated.On this basis,the thermodynamic parameters of SF6 are applied to the calculation model of pressure and temperature.When the internal fault current is 40 kA,the pressure and temperature rise characteristics of each gas chamber in ZF32-126 GIS,the maximum ablation degree and average ablation rate of the shell under different protection time are obtained,which verifies that the improved standard algorithm has higher accuracy.
