考虑微机保护差流计算的10 kV母线保护误动的研究分析

摘要:

母线是变电站内汇集及分配电能的核心设备。当母线发生故障时,如不能及时切除,将损坏众多设备,严重时就会破坏系统稳定性。因此,设置动作可靠、选择性强的母线保护,同时要求其能迅速检测出母线范围内的故障,并及时有选择性地将故障切除而不扩大停电范围是非常必要的。分析一起因微机保护内部差流计算程序设定错误,而导致10 kV母线保护在区外穿越性故障时误动的罕见情况,提出相关的处理措施,有针对性地设计能够对保护装置内部计算程序进行核查的母线保护校验方法,在实际应用中取得了良好效果。

Abstract:

The busbar is the core device of collecting and distributing electric energy in substation.When the busbar fault occurs, the failure to clear it promptly will damage numerous equipment and even undermine system stability in severe cases. Therefore, it is very necessary to set up a busbar protection with reliable operation and strong selectivity, which is also required to quickly detect the fault within the busbar range and selectively remove the fault in time without expanding the power failure range.A rare case of 10 kV busbar protection misoperating when the crossing fault occurs due to the wrong setting of the internal differential current calculation program of the microcomputer protection is analyzed. The relevant measures are put forward.A busbar protection verification method which can check the internal calculation program of the protection device is designed accordingly, which has achieved favorable results in practical applications.
