摘要:

在新型电力系统背景下,准线型需求响应作为高效需求侧调节机制受到广泛关注,但现有研究多聚焦电网调度层面,未充分考虑虚拟电厂将宏观负荷准线分解传导至异质资源的复杂挑战。为此,提出一种基于用户用电特性的负荷准线分解与调度方法。首先,构建资源响应特征评估体系,通过多维特征提取和降维识别用电模式,并利用聚类算法实现异质资源分类;随后,建立以调节成本最小化为目标的优化模型,将宏观负荷准线分解为适配不同用电模式的个性化子准线。仿真结果表明,所提方法能有效降低调节成本,提升响应精度,为虚拟电厂参与需求响应提供决策支持。

Abstract:

Under the backdrop of the new power system,customer directrix load (CDL)-based demand response,as an efficient demand-side regulation mechanism,has garnered widespread attention.However,existing research primarily focuses on grid dispatch and fails to fully account for the complex challenges faced by virtual power plant (VPP) in decomposing and transmitting macro-CDLs to heterogeneous resources.A CDL decomposition and dispatch method based on users’ electricity consumption characteristics is proposed.Firstly,a resource response feature evaluation system is constructed,where the multidimensional feature extraction and dimensionality reduction are employed to identify electricity consumption patterns,and the clustering algorithms are utilized to classify heterogeneous resources.Subsequently,an optimization model aimed at minimizing regulation costs is established to decompose the macro-CDL into personalized sub-CDLs tailored to different consumption patterns.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method effectively reduces regulation costs and improves response accuracy,providing decision-making support for VPP participating in demand response.
