需求响应机制下电动汽车聚合商电量优化分配策略

Optimization Strategy for Electricity Allocation of Electric Vehicle Aggregator Under Demand Response Mechanism

摘要:

针对不同规模电动汽车聚合商参与电力市场需求响应时的容量分配问题,提出一种响应电量优化分配策略。首先,采用蒙特卡罗模拟方法构建电动汽车聚合商容量预测模型;然后,建立电动汽车聚合商与配电网运营商之间的电价谈判机制;最后,基于演化博弈论的复制者动态理论,构建配电网运营商对各聚合商的响应电量分配策略模型。仿真结果表明,所提策略能够根据各聚合商的实际容量合理分配需求响应电量,显著降低了电网负荷波动,提升了电力系统运行的稳定性。

Abstract:

A response electricity allocation optimization strategy is proposed for the capacity allocation problem of electric vehicle aggregators of different scales participating in the electricity market demand response.Firstly, the Monte Carlo simulation method is used to construct an electric vehicle aggregator capacity prediction model.Then, an electricity price negotiation mechanism is established between electric vehicle aggregators and distribution network operators.Finally, based on the replicator dynamics theory of evolutionary game theory, a response electricity allocation strategy model for distribution network operators to various aggregators is constructed.The simulation results show that the proposed strategy can reasonably allocate demand response electricity based on the actual capacity of each aggregator, significantly reduce power grid load fluctuations, and improve the operational stability of power system.
