新老电池混用电池组温度不一致性研究

Research on Temperature Inconsistency of New and Aged Mixed Battery Packs

摘要:

采用有限元分析的方法构建18650锂离子电池组的集总参数模型,通过恒流放电实验获得电池关键参数,重点研究电池组老化不一致状态下的温度分布。 结果表明,老化电池内阻高导致其最高温度明显高于组内其他单体电池。1 C放电时,老化电池最大温升达到13 K;电池组放电倍率越高,老化对温度一致性的影响越大,当放电倍率为3 C时,组内的温度标准差达到2.09 K。研究结果对设计和优化电池热管理系统具有一定意义。

Abstract:

The finite element analysis method is used to construct the lumped parameter model of a 18650 lithium-ion battery pack and the key battery parameters through constant current discharging experiments are obtained.The research on the temperature distribution under the aging inconsistent state of the battery pack is focused on.The results show that the high internal resistance of the aged battery leads to significantly higher maximum temperature than other individual cells in the pack.During discharge at 1 C,the maximum temperature rise of the aged battery reaches 13 K.Additionally,the higher the discharge rate of the battery pack,the greater the impact of aging on the maximum temperature rise and temperature consistency of the battery.When the discharging rate reaches 3 C,the temperature inconsistency within the pack reaches 2.09 K.The research results are of certain significance for designing and optimizing battery thermal management systems.
