Detection Device of Transformer Substation Battery Pack Based on Wireless Communication Technology

摘要:

为确保蓄电池组在交流停电时为负载提供不间断电源,配置蓄电池监测装置实时监测蓄电池状态,已成为重要变电站直流电源系统的常规方案。设计了一套面向2 V蓄电池组的基于无线通讯方式的分布式蓄电池检测装置,系统由一台监测单元和若干测试单元组成。装置为3节或4节串联的蓄电池配备一台测试单元,测试单元采用的单片机内置模数转换模块,可实时检测对应的蓄电池端电压,同时配置电阻放电模块。监测单元采用无线通讯方式以广播模式带站号召唤测试单元获取数据,并响应现场人工指令或远程遥控指令下发内阻检测命令,测试单元采用二次放电法实现在线检测对应的蓄电池内阻。实验结果表明,装置可实现对蓄电池电压和内阻的有效测量。

Abstract:

In order to ensure that the battery pack provides uninterrupted power supply for the load in case of AC power failure,configuring the battery monitoring device to monitor the battery state in real time has become a conventional scheme of DC power supply system in important substations.A set of distributed battery detection device based on wireless communication for 2 V battery pack is designed.The system is composed of a monitoring unit and several test units.The device is equipped with a test unit for 3 or 4 batteries in series.The single chip microcomputer built-in analog-to-digital conversion module is used in the test unit,which can detect the corresponding battery terminal voltage in real time and configure the resistance discharge module at the same time.The monitoring unit uses wireless communication to call the test unit with station number in broadcast mode to obtain data,and sends internal resistance detection command in response to on-site manual command or remote control command.The test unit uses twi-discharge method to realize on-line detection of corresponding battery internal resistance.The experimental results show that the device can effectively measure the battery voltage and internal resistance.
