户外1 000 A低压熔断器温升特性研究

摘要:

以一种常用的户外1 000 A低压熔断器为例,利用Ansys软件,研究了其温升、弧前时间随熔断器材料参数、环境温度、散热特性等多种因素下的变化规律。仿真结果表明,随着熔断器参数的改变,其温升特性、弧前时间、最高温升的变化规律是不一样的。环境温度的变化引起弧前时间的变化较小,而熔断器熔体电阻率、空气对流换热系数改变引起弧前时间的变化较大。若户外低压熔断器在额定电流附近的稳态温升超过熔断器材料熔点时,可导致户外低压熔断器发生轻熔断事故。

Abstract:

Taking a commonly used outdoor 1 000 A low voltage fuse as a study object,the variation law of temperature rise and pre-arc time with various factors,such as material parameters,ambient temperature and heat dissipation characteristics,is studied by using Ansys.It is shown that with the change of the parameters of the outdoor fuse,the variation law of the temperature rise characteristics,the pre-arc time and the maximum temperature rise is different.The change of the ambient temperature leads to the small change of pre-arc time;the increase of the resistivity of the fuse and the decrease of the air convection heat transfer coefficient has a great influence on pre-arc time.If the steady temperature rise near the rated current of outdoor low voltage fuse exceeds the melting point of the fuse,the fuse may be slightly molted and will lead to light fuse molten fault.
