基于改进小波变换阈值估计法去除电缆绝缘局部放电信号白噪声

Removing White Noise in Partial Discharge Signal of Cable Insulation Based on Improved Wavelet Transform Threshold Estimation Method

摘要:

为抑制局部放电在线检测中存在的白噪声干扰,提出一种基于提升小波变换的改进阈值去噪方法。对含噪信号进行提升小波分解,得到最高分解尺度上的尺度系数和各分解尺度上的小波系数。保留尺度系数,采用一种改进阈值选取方法和一种可导的阈值函数对小波系数进行阈值处理,通过对尺度系数和处理后的小波系数进行重构得到去噪后的信号。对局部放电仿真信号和实测局部放电信号去噪,结果表明:与传统软阈值函数法相比,所提方法能更加有效去除白噪声。

Abstract:

In order to suppress the white noise of partial discharge on-line detection,this paper proposed an Improved Threshold Algorithm of Lifting Wavelet Transform.The noisy signals are first processed by lifting wavelet decomposition to get the scale coefficients on the highest decomposition scale and wavelet coefficients on each decomposition scale.Then the scale coefficients are reserved and the wavelet coefficients are processed with an improved threshold selection method and a derivative threshold function.Finally,the de-noised signal can be obtained by reconstructing the scale coefficients and processed wavelet coefficients.The de-noising results of simulated partial discharge signals and measured partial discharge signals show that:compared with the traditional soft threshold function method,the proposed method has a better effect on removing the white noise.
