摘要:

风电的随机性、波动性特征导致其大规模并网给现有电力系统运行带来巨大挑战,而大规模电池储能系统是有效解决手段之一。介绍了国内外电池储能系统及风储联合发电系统的应用现状,基于典型风储示范工程探讨了风储联合发电系统的运行效果评价方法,概述了风储联合发电系统协调控制与能量管理方法,并基于运行数据,分析了不同应用模式下风储联合发电的运行效果。

关键词: 风储联合系统, 平滑输出波动, 跟踪发电计划, 评价方法

Abstract:

The randomness and volatility of wind power have caused its large-scale grid connection to bring huge challenges to the operation of the existing power system,and the large-scale battery energy storage systems are one of the effective solutions.This paper introduces the current application status of battery energy storage systems and wind storage combined power generation systems at home and abroad.Based on typical wind storage demonstration projects,the operation effect evaluation methods of wind storage combined power generation systems is discussed,and the coordinated control and energy management of wind storage combined power generation systems are summarized.Based on operating data,the operating effects of wind-storage combined power generation are analyzed in different application modes.
