Evaluation of Electric Vehicle Charging Network Operation Based on AHP-TOPSIS Method

摘要: 针对目前充电网络运营管理及评价评级方法存在的问题,提出了一种基于分层分析法和逼近理想点排序法(AHP-TOPSIS)的综合评价方法。从公共服务水平、客户服务质量、站点管理水平及对环境的影响方面建立了运营综合评价指标体系,提出了指标体系的正向化处理方法,结合AHP方法获得的权重利用TOPSIS方法计算各待评价站点与正负理想情况的距离并进行排序。最后,通过实例分析及不同评价方法的比较,说明所提综合评价方法能有效量化充电网络的运营情况,可为行业监管提供技术支撑。

Abstract: A comprehensive evaluation method based on AHP-TOPSIS was proposed to overcome the shortcomings of deficiency of indicator value processing and insufficient industry applicability for the current charging network operation management and evaluation and rating methods.In the evaluation method,an evaluation index system of operation was established from four aspects:public service level,customer service quality,site management level and impact on the environment.After the assimilation processing of the indexes according to their different characteristics,cosine distance between sites to be evaluated and the positive/negative ideal situation was calculated combined with the weight obtained by AHP.A numerical analysis shows the rationality and feasibility of the method,which can effectively quantify the operation of charging network and provide technical support for industry supervision.
