摘要: 提出一种考虑发输电和配电系统影响的多电压等级配电网可靠性经济性协调评估方法。计及发输电系统和变电站主接线等因素对配网子系统的可靠性影响,将主网可靠性参数等效于配电网电源节点进行多电压等级可靠性计算;基于设备的全寿命周期成本,建立以供电可用率增量成本最低为目标函数的可靠性经济性协调评估方法。分析结果表明,所提方法确定的方案每提高单位供电可用率所需的年费用最小,更符合电网长远发展。

Abstract: This paper presented a method of multi-voltage level coordinated expansion planning in distribution network.Considering the effect of transmission system and the main electric connection schemes of substation,the reliability parameter of transmission is equivalent to the distribution network power node for multi-voltage level reliability calculation.Based on life cycle cost(LCC),the assessment of reliability and economy is carried out,which selects the unit cost of average service availability index(ASAI) increment as the objection function.Finally,the proposed method was well applied to different improved planning,and the optimum conditions are obtained which serves the long-term interests of power grid.
