Analysis on Loop Detuning Characteristics of Multi-Relay Wireless Power Transfer System

Abstract:

Loop detuning is an urgent problem in multi-relay wireless power transfer (MR-WPT) system.In order to find out the influence rule of loop detuning in MR-WPT system,the changes of current amplitude and phase of each coil loop were compared in MR-WPT system under the conditions of complete resonance,single coil loop detuning and two coil loop detuning.The system detuning characteristics were analyzed.Finally,in order to improve the system performance after loop detuning,the method based on frequency regulation is proposed to maintain the overall resonance of the system and its feasibility is verified by simulation,which provides a solution for improving the system performance after loop detuning.
