跷板开关交流电弧特性的实验研究

摘要:

交流电弧特性曲线是评价开关分断能力的重要依据。通过测试跷板开关分断过程的触点电压和触点电流波形,分析了磁吹对交流电弧特性的影响,并确认了跷板开关存在机械开断和电流过零2种熄弧原理。所得结论对于提高跷板开关分断交流负载能力具有参考价值。

Abstract:

The AC arc characteristic curve is an important basis for evaluating the breaking capacity of switches.The influence of magnetic blowing on AC arc characteristics is analyzed by testing the contact voltage and contact current waveforms during the breaking process of rocker switch.It is confirmed that there are two arc extinguishing mechanisms,which are the mechanical breaking mechanism and the current zero-crossing mechanism.The drawn conclusion is valuable for improving the AC load breaking capacity of rocker switches.
