电能表典型采样电路的窃电及差错电量分析*

摘要:

窃电不仅影响到用户和电力企业的经济效益,而且还影响到电网的正常运行和优质服务。为解决本难题,通过分析一种电能表典型采样电路的工作原理,推导窃电状态下的电量计算公式以及核算差错电量的方法,完成电能表基本误差试验,并且比对累计电能量,获得理论数据和实验验证数据相一致的结果,据此可以准确、快速地核算差错电量。

Abstract:

Stealing power energy not only affects the economic benefits of users and electric power enterprises,but also affects the normal operation and high-quality service of the power grid.In order to solve this problem,the basic error test of the watt-hour meter is made by analyzing the working principle of a typical sampling circuit of the watt-hour meter,deducing the calculation formula of the power energy under the condition of stealing power energy and calculating the error power energy.Compared with the accumulated power energy,the theoretical data are consistent with the experimental data,which can be used to calculate the error power energy accurately and rapidly.
