双断口真空断路器关合直流电压预击穿特性实验研究

Research on Prestrike Characteristics of Double-Break VCB Under Direct Current Voltages

摘要:

通过实验,研究了双断口真空断路器关合直流电压下预击穿特性。测量了单断口和双断口真空断路器关合不同电压等级直流电压下预击穿开距,并计算其威布尔概率分布。结果表明,与单断口真空断路器的50%预击穿开距相比,双断口真空断路器中每个灭弧室的d50降低了25.0%~72.7%。由于双断口真空断路器的分压作用,其高压侧、低压侧真空灭弧室的预击穿开距分散性比单断口真空断路器预击穿开距分散性显著降低。

Abstract:

The purpose of this paper is to study the prestrike characteristics of a double-break vacuum circuit breaker under direct current voltages.In this experiment,we measured the prestrike gap of the single-break and the double-break vacuum circuit breaker in closing operations under different voltage levels,and calculated their Weibull probability distribution.The results show that,compared with the 50% prestrike gap of the single-break vacuum circuit breaker,the d50 of each vacuum interrupter in the double-break vacuum circuit breaker is reduced by 25.0%~72.7%.Due to the voltage sharing effect of double-break vacuum breaker,the dispersion of the prestrike gaps of the vacuum interrupters in the high voltage side and low voltage-side of double-break vacuum breaker is significantly lower than that of the single-break vacuum circuit breaker.
