恒压输出MC-WPT系统研究

摘要:

针对磁耦合无线电能传输(MC-WPT)系统在一些特殊场合的应用场景中同时面临输入电压范围较宽,负载波动和互感变化较大的情况,导致输出电压无法恒定的问题,设计了一种恒压输出MC-WPT系统。选用LCC-S型补偿拓扑,级联了移相全桥逆变器以及Boost变换器作为电压调节电路,建立了系统模型,推导了系统输出电压表达式,设计了闭环控制器,实现了系统的恒定电压输出。仿真和实验验证了所提恒压输出MC-WPT系统设计方案的可行性。

Abstract:

A constant voltage output magnetic coupled wireless power transfer(MC-WPT) system is designed to solve the problem that the output voltage can not be constant due to the wide input voltage range,large load fluctuation and mutual inductance variation in some special application scenarios.The system uses LCC-S type compensation topology,cascades phase-shifted full-bridge inverters and Boost converters as voltage regulation circuit,deduces the system output voltage expression,establishes the system mathematical model,designs a closed-loop controller,and achieves a constant voltage output when the system has a wide range of input voltage,large range of load and mutual inductance.The feasibility of the design scheme of this constant voltage output MC-WPT system is verified by the simulation and experiment.
