摘要:

通过低压电器工频耐压试验能力验证项目的实施,由各参加实验室按照统一的标准方法对相同样品进行比对测试,按照预先制定的准则评价参加实验室的能力。通过能力验证可帮助实验室有效监控自身能力,比较实验室之间的差异,促进实验室在工频耐压试验方面检测结果的一致性。

Abstract:

In this paper,based on the proficiency testing of power frequency withstand voltage test of low voltage apparatus,the laboratories test the same sample according to the unified method,and the organizers evaluate the ability of the laboratories according to the pre-determined criteria.This proficiency testing can help laboratories to supervisory control their testing ability,compare the differences between laboratories,and promote the consistency of test results in power frequency withstand voltage test.
