绿电交易模式下商业区电动汽车代理商定价策略及EV充电管理

摘要:

针对中心商业区私人电动汽车无序充电导致的商业区峰谷差增大等问题,在售电市场逐步放开的背景下,提出一种绿电交易模式下商业区电动汽车代理商定价策略,建立以上层代理商售电利润最大、下层电动汽车用户充电成本最低为目标的双层主从博弈模型。中心商业区代理商的定价策略可以有效整合商业区零散、分散的电动汽车用户参与绿电交易,降低商业区峰谷差的同时实现用户充电成本最小。通过算例分析,验证了定价策略的有效性。

Abstract:

In view of the problems such as the increase of peak valley difference caused by the disordered charging of private electric vehicles in the central business district,this paper put forward a pricing strategy for the electric vehicle agents in the business district under the green electricity trading mode under the background of the gradual opening of the electricity selling market,and established a double-layer master-slave game model with the goal of maximizing the electricity selling profit of the agents in the upper level and minimizing the charging cost of the users in the lower level.The pricing strategy of the agents in the central business district proposed in this paper can effectively integrate the scattered electric vehicle users in the business district to participate in the green electricity transaction,reduce the peak valley difference in the business district and realize the minimum charging cost for users.The effectiveness of the strategy is verified by an example.
