摘要:

分析了开关电源中电流模式控制的必要性以及传统电流采样方式的缺点,通过对电感电流的分析与计算,提出了一种小型化低功耗的电流采样电路设计,并进行实物验证,设计了一款输入电压5~24 V、输出3.3 V的DC/DC电源模块,验证了设计的稳定性和可靠性。

Abstract:

This paper introduced the necessity of current-mode control in switching power and analyzed the disadvantages of the traditional current sampling method.Based on the analysis and calculation of inductive current,a current sampling circuit current design with miniaturization and low power consumption was proposed.Physical verification was carried out according to this theory.A DC/DC power module with input voltage of 5~24 V and output voltage of 3.3 V was designed,which verifies the stability and reliability of the design.
