一种高功率密度抗辐射POL电源设计

摘要:

针对航天系统集成度日益提高,以及更大规模集成电路对高功率密度、小型化抗辐射负载点(POL)电源需求,提出高功率密度双路抗辐射POL电源设计方案。分述了电路设计、器件选型、结构和工艺设计;通过仿真分析、模拟实验、样品测试及评估试验,验证了设计的合理性。使用所提方案设计的抗辐射POL电源样品在功率密度方面较传统抗辐射POL电源具有明显优势,在宇航用单机和整机系统板级面积有限的情况下,可提供负载单元用小型化、轻量化的大功率抗辐射POL电源的解决方案。

Abstract:

In view of the increasing integration of space systems and the demand of larger integrated circuits for highpower density and miniaturized radiation-hardened point of load(POL) power supply, a design scheme for the high power density dual-circuit radiation-hardened POL power supply is proposed. The circuit design,components selection, structural and technological design are described separately.Through simulations aualysis, analog experiments,sample testing and evaluation tests, the ratiouality of the design is verified. The power density of radiation-hardened POL power supply significantly exceeds that of traditional power supply. In the case of the limited area of the single machine and the integration in space system, it can provide a miniaturized and lightweight high-power radiation-hardened POL power supply platform.
