电网事故处理调度员辅助决策系统研究*

摘要:

针对传统电网调度自动化系统只提供故障状态,难以及时提供事故具体信息的问题,设计了一套电网事故处理调度员辅助决策系统。在梳理电网调度部门处理事故现状和问题的基础上,提出了系统的整体架构,并依据功能需求开发了软件模块,包括电网故障信息感知、外网消息推送、电网故障信息记录分析等。最后,将所提系统在实际生产中进行了初步试用。

Abstract:

Aiming at the failure status of the traditional power grid dispatching automation system,it is difficult to provide the dispatcher with specific information about the accident in a timely manner.So this paper researched and designed a set of dispatcher power grid incident handling auxiliary decision-making system.Based on sorting out the current situation and problems of the power grid dispatching department,this paper proposed the overall architecture of the system,and developed software modules based on functional requirements,including power grid fault information perception,external network message push,and power grid fault information record analysis.Finally,the power grid accident dispatcher’s auxiliary decision-making system was tried out in actual production.
