磁通门B型剩余电流传感器设计

摘要:

随着智能电网与新能源系统的演进及电动汽车充电设施的广泛部署,传统剩余电流传感器在复杂电气环境下的适用性日益受限。设计了一款磁通门B型剩余电流传感器,采用磁通门电流互感器采集剩余电流信号,通过单片机对信号进行识别与判断。依据GB/T 22794—2017《家用和类似用途的不带和带过电流保护的F型和B型剩余电流动作断路器》,可实现对1 kHz及以下频率的正弦交流、平滑直流、两相或三相整流电路产生的脉动直流、滞后角为0°、90°和135°的脉动直流及复合波等剩余电流波形的识别。经试验测试,该样机能够有效检测和识别交直流剩余电流信号,在测试精度和响应速度等性能指标上均满足国家标准的相关要求。

Abstract:

With the evolution of smart grids and new energy systems,as well as the widespread deployment of electric vehicle charging infrastructure,the applicability of traditional residual current sensors in complex electrical environments is increasingly limited.A fluxgate type B residual current sensor is designed,which uses a fluxgate current transformer to collect residual current signals and an MCU to identify and judge the signals.According to the requirements of GB/T 22794—2017 standard,the fluxgate type B residual current sensor can detect sinusoidal AC residual current of 1kHz and below 1kHz,smooth DC,pulsating DC residual current generated by two-phase or three-phase rectifier circuits,pulsating DC residual current with hysteresis angles of 0°,90°,and 135°,and composite wave residual current among others.Experimental testing shows that the prototype can effectively detect and identify AC and DC residual current signals,and meet the relevant requirements of national standards in terms of test accuracy and response speed.
